Chapters is a great place to stay with really helpful and accommodating management. Nora and Clara were especially friendly and kind, and they made my time here memorable. Maintenance is quick and reliable too. George was great at handling any issues that came up. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that being in Westminster makes it a bit pricey.

The team at my student accommodation has been amazing. They’ve always been incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance and Nora is so great at organizing fun and engaging events that bring everyone together. I really appreciate their support and friendliness!

The events every month in chapter are so much fun! Also the management is very good and the receptionist are lovely!! Especially Michelle she’s so friendly & relatable xx
